ProJanta Power Bac 5L (240429) is a concentrated, odourless bactericidal cleaner and degreaser formulated for the food industry. It removes heavy soiling and kills 99.999% of bacteria and 99.99% of enveloped viruses, passing EN 1276, EN 13697 and EN 14476. Effective against bacteria, yeasts and enveloped viruses, it helps remove blood, fat, food, grease and oils from stainless steel, stone, concrete and plastic. Ideal for kitchens, bakeries, abattoirs, meat processing, breweries and food production areas.

Please be aware pH values may be approximated on a scale between two values, this table uses the most acidic value provided by manufacturer. Please refer to the provided Safety Data Sheet, or specification table below for approximate pH values. For diluted values, please refer to the SDS/COSHH document below.
Instructions for use
- Fill and empty a trigger bottle with clean cold water
- Add 1 shot (approx. 30ml) of Power Bac to the bottle
- Spray onto the area and work into the surface with a cloth
- Allow 5 minutes contact time for efficacy against bacteria and enveloped viruses
- Wipe away with a clean cloth
- In food preparation areas: rinse thoroughly with clean water and leave to air dry
