Rug Doctor Cleaning Tips

Whenever possible, try to prevent too much foam in the recovery tank, as it can harm the cleaner and vacuum. If there is extra foam present, introduce Rug Doctor Anti-Foam into the recovery tank.

When you switch up your furniture arrangement, place some aluminium foil under the legs before the carpet dries. This will help avoid any staining. Keep this foil in position until the carpet is totally dry.

To speed up the drying process, make sure to ventilate the space. Open windows and doors to increase air flow. Place fans facing downwards on the carpeted area. During colder or damper weather, turn up the heat and for humid or hotter temperatures, adjust the air conditioning.
