ProJanta Clear Beer Line Cleaner 5L (1904) is a powerful, colourless and odourless beer pump and pipeline cleaner formulated to remove bacteria and yeasts to help keep beer in top condition. A non-tainting blend of caustic soda and sequestrants, it cleans and sterilises plastic and stainless steel beer pumps, pipelines and tanks, widely used in breweries, pubs, clubs, restaurants and bars. Dilute 1:60 with warm or cold water (warm boosts action), soak the system for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and confirm removal using litmus paper.
BEER LINE CLEANER
Please be aware pH values may be approximated on a scale between two values, this table uses the most acidic value provided by manufacturer. Please refer to the provided Safety Data Sheet, or specification table below for approximate pH values. For diluted values, please refer to the SDS/COSHH document below.
Instructions for use
- Handle with extreme caution due to high caustic soda content
- Dilute 1 part CLEAR to 60 parts warm or cold water (warm increases cleaning action)
- Fill the system with the solution and leave to soak for 30 minutes
Rinse the system thoroughly with cold water - Use litmus paper before re-attaching beer lines
- If litmus paper turns blue, CLEAR is still present and the system must be flushed again
